Looks like a reply from someone who is on digest mode--therefore they see the previous messages along with all the headers, footers, etc.  His query was at the very end:
Hello, I am working on getting the primary documents to include my data on the site and am to the point of trying to get birth records from Canada.  Any advise on how to go about getting these records?
