[Bgnet] Website Updates

[Bowerman Genealogy Discussion]

I have updated the website database with almost 450 new names, all
descendants of Silas Bowerman of NY.

 

As such, I have renumbered the existing database to remove some unused
numbers and bookmarked locations will no longer be accurate.  This will be
an ongoing process for the next couple weeks as I complete the addition of
the database "skeleton"..

 

The data being entered at this moment is primarily un-sourced information.
At least not "reliably" sourced.  I will be adding source data and
documentation as time allows, on a "hit and miss" basis.  This is not a
primary line for me, so I'll add sources as I happen to hit the particular
families.

 

If anyone has PRIMARY DOCUMENTATION, that they would be willing to share on
these lines, please let me know and forward them to me so that I can get
them added.

 

I would appreciate not having to go through and do initial research on
material that has already been done by someone.  I would be glad to cover
costs of photocopies, mailings, etc.

 

With regard to the West Falmouth Archives collection:

 

I have removed almost 250 meg of material from the website (data that I was
going to put on the site and opted against) and will start adding some of
that collection to the newly updated database.  I will continue this process
until I run out of room on the site.  At that point, I will figure out what
I want to do with the website as far as future updates is concerned.
